Look at this little gem! Talk about a no-fuss cold-weather snack...

Our hit-and-miss carrot seeds have finally come up trumps, producing a gorgeous crop right next door to the vibrant beetroots. And when these beauties are pulled up fresh from the garden, it's great to be able to put the whole vegetable into a dish, carrot tops and all... from garden to bowl in about 10 minutes!

Is there a better aroma than baking bread? Well... maybe brewed coffee.... but then, why not have both at the same time! Here's an easy recipe that we've been using for the past few months, takes about 10 minutes of effort for a whole lot of pleasure...

We had a heap of ripe blood plums, but not enough for a Fowler's load, so we opted for chutney instead... here's the recipe, nice and spicy...
